There’s no better place to celebrate the 102nd annual National Western Stock Show than The Fort. An exact replica of historic Bent’s Fort, this restaurant serves foods of the old West, from Rocky Mountain oysters to buffalo steaks. From January 12-27, 2008, The Fort offers a prix-fixe Stockman’s Special featuring a 12-ounce Coleman Natural beef boneless ribeye steak, served with The Fort’s signature white-cheddar-and-shallot mashed potatoes and tender haricot verts.
The Fort is located 20 minutes southwest of Denver on Highway 8, just north of the Highway 285 intersection.
