Wood with Whimsy

Designer Philippe Starck started thinking about the Robin Hood Legend, and look what happened. In partnership with David Sutherland, he’s created a collection of outdoor furniture that’s equally modern and classic, and totally eye-catching.
Like the legendary outlaw himself, the bold and irreverent RobinWood Deluxe Collection — featuring pieces with names like Robin, Marian, Lil’ John, Tuck, Prince John, Sherwood, Nottingham and Loxley — breaks from the norm with striking combinations of teak and highly polished aluminum.
Conjuring up images of archetypal 13th Century England, the collection is impressive in its scope, offering everything from dining, pedestal, occasional and side tables, to arm, rocker, lounge, side, and bar chairs. There’s also a stool, ottoman, whimsical shower throne, corner bed, daybed and planter.
