Seinfeld fans, this one’s for you.

One of Telluride, Colorado’s top mountain estates is on the market—and it just happens to be the residence of actor and comedian Jerry Seinfeld. Located in Telluride Mountain Village (just south of Telluride Ski Resort) within view of iconic Wilson Peak, the 26-plus-acre property leaves little to be desired: the compound delivers a 14,200-square-foot, fully furnished main home with 11 bedrooms and 14 baths, a 5,500-square-foot deck, a hot tub and steam shower, and a four-car heated garage. Add to that a well-kept trail system and a creek running through the property, and the package is elevated to a true mountain retreat. The home is listed for $18.25 million with Bill Fandel of Peaks Real Estate Sotheby’s International Realty. Click here to view the listing.
