These little gems from John & Kira’s are our favorite new sweet treat. Calabacita figs from Spain are filled with a whiskey-clove ganache and dipped in a thin layer of white chocolate, tinted the perfect shade of pumpkin orange. Also delicious are the Spanish figs filled by hand with a silky dark Valrhona ganache and enrobed with a thin layer of dark chocolate.
